2. Products & Specifications

Our luxury boxes contain real, premium fresh or preserved roses. Due to natural variation, seasonal availability, and artisanal assembly, actual product shapes, colors, and arrangements may vary slightly from displayed digital previews.

3. Order Policy & Modifications

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Due to the high-end custom configuration and the perishable nature of luxury roses, orders are processed immediately. Please consult our Refund Policy regarding order cancellation windows.

4. Payments & Pricing

Prices for our floral collections are displayed in local currency (INR) and are inclusive of relevant local taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserves the right to alter pricing schedules or modify active offers without prior notification.

5. Intellectual Property

All digital materials, including photography, site layouts, typography, logos, and custom code components, are the exclusive property of The Trillion Roses. Any unauthorized replication or distribution of brand materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Trillion Roses shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product deterioration due to customer negligence or delayed delivery caused by force majeure logistics disruptions.
