Fresh Arrangement Care
Our fresh roses are arranged carefully in specialized water-absorbent floral foam, which keeps the stems hydrated and maintains their structured design. Unbox the arrangement immediately upon arrival and place it in an elegant location.
Dampen Foam Daily
The base foam needs to remain moist. Carefully pour a small teacup (approx. 50-100ml) of cool fresh water directly into the center of the arrangement every morning. Avoid getting water on the rose petals themselves.
Cool Environments
Display your box in a cool area (ideally 18-22°C). Keep the roses far away from direct sunlight, heating vents, drafty air conditioners, and ripening fruits which accelerate aging.
Remove Guard Petals
You may notice a few outer petals looking slightly thicker, darker, or discolored. These are natural protective 'guard petals' left on to protect the bloom during transit. You can gently pinch them off if you prefer.
Vase Transitioning
If you wish to transfer the roses to a vase later, pull them gently from the foam, cut 1 inch off the stem at a 45-degree angle under water, and place them in a clean vase filled with fresh water and flower food.
