Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations & Modification

Because of the bespoke nature and custom preparation of our floral collections, rose boxes are prepared and dispatched very quickly.

Important Policy NoticeNo refund or order modifications can be processed after 1 hour of order confirmation.

Any request to alter or cancel an order must be submitted to our concierge desk within this 1-hour window. Once this grace period has expired, ingredients are cut, boxes are constructed, and delivery logistics are booked.

2. Freshness & Perishability

Since natural fresh roses are highly perishable, they are not eligible for traditional return or exchange options. We do not accept returns on any floral items once they have left our design boutique.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great pride in our quality control. However, if your order arrives damaged or structurally flawed, please report it to our concierge team at order@thetrillionroses.in within 2 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence. Valid claims will be settled via a replacement delivery or boutique store credit.

4. Refund Settlement Times

Approved refunds (within the 1-hour cancellation window) will be credited back to the original payment source. Refund transactions typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
